Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Loan Workout
The Creditors' Rights, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, and Loan Workouts Section provides legal services to national, state-chartered and local financial institutions in California, Hawaii, Guam and Saipan. The Section regularly represents creditors in enforcing claims and recovering collateral. We also assist clients in workouts and/or restructurings of troubled loans.
