Hawaii Employers Council Re-Elects Carlsmith Partner Perry Confalone to Board

Carlsmith Ball is pleased to announce that Honolulu Partner, Perry Confalone, has been re-elected as a board member for the Hawaii Employers Council. Perry is one of eleven members elected to serve a three year term that will end December 31, 2013. The Hawaii Employers Council provides a variety of services to its 800 Hawaii member companies, including management development, labor relations, human resources and research. The organization was founded in 1943.

Perry Confalone is a partner in the firm's Honolulu office and leads the Labor & Employment Practice Group. Perry has more than 26 years of experience counseling and defending Hawaii businesses in all aspects of labor and employment law, including contract negotiation, labor arbitration, and defense of wrongful discharge, discrimination, and harassment claims. He advises clients regarding labor and employment law compliance as well as mediation and settlement strategies. He is listed in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business for Labor & Employment.
