Maria Teresa Cenzon is of counsel in the firm's Guam office.  She is an experience attorney with more than twelve years of experience in commercial transactions, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.  Maria concentrates her practice in the area of general corporate law, commercial transactions and litigation, with extensive experience in the fields of banking, insurance, administrative law, regulatory compliance and local and federal procurement laws.
