Vincent Seman is an associate in the firm's Saipan office. He concentrates his practice in the areas of labor and employment, civil and commercial litigation, criminal defense, banking, insurance, trust and estate, and real property.

Mr. Seman received his B.S. in Management from Bentley College in 1994. He earned his law degree from Whittier Law School in May 2006. While in law school, Vincent clerked for the Honorable U.S. District Court of the Northern Mariana Islands Chief Judge Alex Munson and served as research assistant to Whittier Law School Professor Christine Kelton.
