Sean E. Frink is a partner in the firm's Saipan office. He concentrates his practice in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with an emphasis on trial practice. He has been actively litigating cases in the CNMI for more than fifteen years, primarily representing businesses in a variety of legal matters. He has represented CNMI based companies and large multinationals in numerous lawsuits and administrative actions before the CNMI Superior and Supreme Courts and United States District Court and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, including: class actions, R.I.C.O. lawsuits, commercial fraud claims, shareholder actions, wrongful death (including SCUBA and admiralty), premises liability, environmental damage, cultural artifact destruction, workers' compensation, products liability, slip and fall suits, civil rights claims, ADA compliance, and automobile accidents. He has extensive knowledge and experience representing companies and individuals in construction and procurement related matters and litigation and real estate title research and transactions.
