S. Scott Beizaie practices in the areas of corporate, general business, real estate, and tax.  In the area of corporate and general business law, Mr. Beizaie routinely advises clients concerning day-to-day operational and corporate governance matters.  Mr. Beizaie regularly drafts contracts and other documents in connection with client business operations and has a working familiarity with various types of business agreements, including sales agreements, license agreements, consulting agreements, non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, and other types of operational agreements.  Mr. Beizaie has also handled an array of business transactions, including bank and related party financing, purchase and sale of businesses (including alcohol license issues), purchase and sale of minority interests in businesses and business entities, mergers of businesses, and option transactions concerning businesses and business opportunities.
