Ruth K. Oh 

Ruth Oh is Of Counsel in the firm's Honolulu office, and is a member of the Corporate & Business practice group.  She has over 17 years experience concentrating in employment-related U.S. immigration law, with an emphasis on issues affecting business managers, executives, investors, professional or specialty occupation workers in all fields, hi-tech personnel, researchers and health care professionals.  She participates purposefully in policy advocacy platforms and develops solutions to real-world administrative challenges including I-9 and E-Verify Compliance and Employer Sanctions Defense, Guam-CNMI visa law, Child Status Protection Act and travel and work authorization for global talent to the U.S.

Ms. Oh is the only immigration attorney listed in "Hawaii Super Lawyers" and one of four profiled in Honolulu Magazine's "Best Lawyers" (2007).  She serves nationally as a Director on the Board of Governors of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since 2003. She is also the 2010 President of Hawaii Women Lawyers.
