Roger Crouthamel is of counsel in the firm's Guam office. He has practiced law in the Territory of Guam since 1973 and has been an active member of the business community and a former officer of the Guam Bar Association. Mr. Crouthamel joined the firm of Carlsmith Ball LLP in 1977 when the firm decided to establish a Guam Office and for much of the later 1980's was the administrative partner of the office. Since 1990 Mr. Crouthamel has been of counsel to the firm concentrating on his business interests and assisting the firm in the various practice areas such as real estate, finance, corporate law, business reorganization, bankruptcy, estate planning, trust administration and probate issues.

Representative Matters

Business Activities Currently Mr. Crouthamel serves as Secretary and Member of the Board of Directors at the Bank of Guam as well as the Director of Transpacific Travel Inc., dba Travel Pacificana, and Guam Fast Foods Inc., dba Kentucky Fried Chicken.

Business Reorganization Recently Mr. Crouthamel has represented numerous banking clients in complex bankruptcy reorganizations.
