Nathan C. Nelson
Nathan Nelson is an associate in the firm's Honolulu office and joined Carlsmith's Real Estate, Land Use & Hospitality Practice Group in 2006. His practice includes a range of real estate matters including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate development projects, joint ventures, hotel developments, securitized real estate, corporate structuring and formation, land use entitlements, and real property litigation.
Mr. Nelson's primary focus is complex real property litigation. He has extensive experience representing clients in quiet title and partition litigation, boundary and easement issues, and business and commercial disputes.

- Represented several major landowners on the Big Island seeking to quiet title to their landholdings in North Kohala and Ka'u.
- Represented buyers in disputes over the purchase of luxury condominiums.
