Mrs. Austin's practice focuses primarily on representing individuals and closely held businesses.  She has substantial experience in asset protection, elder law, estate planning, estate administration and disputes.  Mrs. Austin has also assisted new and existing businesses from formation through succession planning, asset sales and mergers.  She is familiar with the special needs of professionals such as physicians, dentists and others in the healthcare industry and has assisted in forming professional limited liability partnerships and in negotiating employment contracts.  Finally, Mrs. Austin's practice has grown in recent years to incorporate civil litigation when necessary to fully and efficiently represent her clients' interests.
