Albert H. Ebright
Mr. Ebright is a partner in the firm's Los Angeles office. He has practiced civil trial and appellate work throughout his career. For the first six years of his practice he handled insurance defense litigation involving personal injury cases of all kinds, including products liability, and declaratory relief actions relating to insurance. Since then he has focused his practice on commercial litigation covering a wide variety of matters. He has participated in construction litigation and will contests, asbestos litigation, cases involving claims against insurance companies and HMOs for medical coverage. On the other hand, he has represented insurers in cases involving automobile insurance coverage. His experience also includes representing employers in wrongful termination lawsuits based, among other things, on age discrimination and discrimination against disabled persons. He has also handled partnership dissolution matters, breach of contract cases, cases involving claims of breach of fiduciary duty, and various jurisdiction challenges in state and federal courts.
