Alan M. O'Connor , Partner

Alan O'Connor practices in the areas of marital relations and commercial litigation. Mr. O'Connor's practice includes pre and post marital agreements and all areas of dissolution of marriage or domestic partnerships. Mr. O'Connor has handled numerous dissolution actions having complex business and other asset valuations. In addition, Mr. O'Connor has handled many child custody disputes, including international custody issues.

Mr. O'Connor's civil and commercial litigation practice has included representation of a wide variety of companies and individuals, including trade secret, contract, unfair business practices and commercial transaction disputes. Other litigation included assistance in the defense of claims of defamation against a large publishing company.
